"Verizon set the pace for me as a new graduate in 2001. I was given a new role that consisted of managing a very large budget. I was able to apply all my skills from college; finance, information technology, marketing, Excel, and PowerPoint. During my first year, the company allowed me to continue my graduate education. Verizon is still an amazing place for employment."
"I’ve worked here since 2007. Great company to work for."
"Verizon offers great compensation and benefits. The workload is manageable and the culture is supportive and inclusive. Management is hit or miss depending on department. If you are lucky enough to work with a manager who is engaged and receives support from their manager, then you may enjoy it here."
"I worked in Global Operations as a 3rd Party Vendor Manager implementing Verizon Customer Service Billing programs and providing Global Quality Management direction and performance support to seven vendors, in 7 countries across 3 continents."

"Verizon is a world-class company. They are consistently ahead of the curve with identifying communication trends."
"Verizon Wireless overall has is all in on it's 5G network and products and services around it. Leadership sometimes has made questionable purchases (AOL, Yahoo) that the market didn't see favorable in the portfolio. Overall benefits are good, compensation would be in the bottom quartile but fair. For being a self proclaimed technology company, the focus is more on customer experience/bottom line than employee experience. Individual leaders can be amazing, although, there can be some favoritism for promotions at times. I always felt the environment was inclusive, and in my most recent role, I was challenged to bring value and my voice and option was respected."
"Stable company as far as salary and compensation. Tough to progress given the politics."
"Verizon is a great company to work for, and the people are excellent to work with. They provide an excellent product and they are always looking to improve that product and service. The benefits are great, and management is always trying to make sure they are there to help you with your needs and your customers needs."
"It's a leading telecom company in the country and i have had an opportunity to work among them for past 5 years. They surely encourage new ideas."
"EnforceWeb is an application which tracks all the orders that has been placed by the customers and it will help us to identify whether it is a valid transaction or a fraudulent transaction. Whenever we found any fraudulent transaction it will be notified to our POS team they will stop the transaction immediately."
"Good and Nice Place to learn and grow. But Vendors likes Infinite Computer Solutions are horrible and they cheat on contracts by giving fake hopes and Not allowed to move to Different vendor within Verizon."
