What do you like about working at VoiceNation?
"The best part of working at Voicenation, is the focus on team. Everyone is pushed to be a team and saying no to someone asking you for help is not an option. The entire staff is friendly, and management has high expectations for everyone's success. I am very impressed with the structure of this company, and I look forward to coming to work every day."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It is a really great company and I bet anyone interviewing with VoiceNation will be very impressed with how different the company is from any other company out there. They do not like slackers or negative people."
What don't you like about working at VoiceNation?
"I feel like there might be a lack of communication at some times, but I also feel like the staff has been working on it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Maybe time management, but they are all really great people"

"The only thing I enjoyed about working at Voicenation was the other my fellow employees (except for management)."

"if you choose to accept a position with Voicenation, be ready to have unwanted stress and strain put on many aspects of your life by this companies inability to communicate and lack of structure."
What don't you like about working at VoiceNation?
"Voicenation as a company, lacks any sort of direction or vision. Everyone in management have little or no training in their area. There is absolutely no structure provided and communication skills among upper management are non-existent. The owner of the company who designed many of the systems, refuses to offer any help in maintaining them, and can usually be found out of the country."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management: work on your communication skills. Also, attempt to praise your employee's for their hard work instead of overlooking it and even, at times, discouraging it."
