Apertus Partners Employee

"If you are approached by this company don't just walk, RUN AWAY. No ethical management style, it's manage by fear mentally. Longest standing employee struts around like a male dog, continually marking her territory. Is incredibly rude, temperamental, and insecure. Abuses other employees, fabricated information (such as, alleging she is part owner). To make the situation even more dysfunctional, this said employee claims her family involvement in company makes her untouchable. The owner on paper is the wife of the President. My understanding is they did this so they can claim minority status; but they never filed to be recognized as 'women owned'. So it begs the question, why go to the trouble to list the company in your wife's name, woman owned, if you aren't even going to file to be recognized? The President is never in the office, when he is he's working on other things, for his other small businesses. And WHEN he decides to focus on Apertus Partners he becomes relentless. The longest standing employee manipulates his time and is rather disingenuous about what goes on at the office. She brags that she can make him think/believe whatever she wants. The turnover is crazy. Nobody stays except one other employee who continually sucks up to the longest standing employee. They hired a Recruiting Manager that was experienced, and the longest standing employee became insecure and ran her off with her abusive behavior. All the other former employees are described as crazy, psycho, etc. That's how they justify being a 4 to 5 man team after years of being in business. They treat the people they place like a number. The longest standing employee would inappropriately flirt with men, act sickly sweet with women; and if shouldn't place you she'd stop taking your calls. This place is a disaster, don't waste your time. And DO NOT expect to be paid your commissions. They still owe the Recruiting Manager money. We work in a cube environment, we can hear everything!"
