"I don't like the company which does not provide enough resources to its employee to do the job effectively."

"The management should look at the quality of the employees and their dedication to the company."

"Being apart of one of the original telecommunications company. It is one of Canada's largest and one of their most critical sites and comes with a great deal of responsibility."

"Having education in the related field an also work experience will help you in learning the operations of a data centre."
What don't you like about working at Bell Canada?
"Upper Management does not seem to understand that kind of service we actually provide for their ciritical sites. We work on a 24hour a day 7 day a week basis doing shift work, always working weekends, nights, and holidays."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Being able to listen to us and compensate us for the hard work that we do and time that we give up out of our family lives for the company (i.e. Night Shifts, Saturday and Sunday premiums). Most companies do provide compensation. Bell however does compensate us for statutory holidays."
