What do you like about working at California National Bank?
"At the time it was a smaller bank, so there was a wider range of job responsibilities among the executive team, and very much enjoyed being the Marketing Coord. as well as the Executive Assistant position. I gained significant experience with this team of executives and have taken this with me to other career opportunities."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would suggest to research the compay thoroughly to see if it would be a good fit, and make sure they have a solid goal in mind of where they want to be in the near future."
What don't you like about working at California National Bank?
"Due to the CEO's retirement team, all executives were layed-off & the new CEO brought in his own team including the Exec. Asst. I was transferred to Loan Disbursements & came to terms disbursements was not for me."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The bank has aquired many other banks since then. It is a much different & larger company now and I do not feel my suggestions would apply."
