"It's a very work ethical company to work with. Management commitment and support employees. Company appreciation and safety but due to COVID-19, the company has laid off and closed down some facilities."
"Poor Internal leadership at this location (Katy, TX). Authoritative, dictatorial management will continue to affect operations negatively. Facility is led (Jan 2014) by a very limited Manager, with little experience aside from engineering, and even there, reluctant to embrace World Class standards for product development and controls. His appointment to the Plant Manager's position will have poor results both internally and externally. Customer delivery and Backlog will continue to exceed acceptable limits, accidents and incidents at this "organized" location will surpass any acceptable levels, and represent a significant setback when compared to 2013 (Zero recordable incidents). Ineffective leadership will strongly impact this facility, and will continue until current (2014) leadership is removed."
"I have worked for Cameron V/M for almost 6 years and have enjoyed it without complaints. It is a great company to work for and I have been fortunate to have superiors that have put me in opportunities to move up within the company."
"I have worked for Cameron for a year and it's been very difficult. We have endured so many org changes that it has made a vision or direction for the site complex and confusing. We have extremely poor facilities, No budget for tech. Overall a poor rating."
"I've been with Cameron (Caldon brand) for 11 years and have accomplished what I could. As an electronic test technician, I've achieved the leadership roll in the test area and direct junior techs. I have no complaints about the office or people there. It's a good place to work. I'm just wanting more than what they can offer."
