Central Behavioral Health Employee

"I've worked at Central since 2018 as an Outpatient Therapist. The agency culture & morale is low and does not encourage positive relationships with co-workers. The agency doesn't provide training & resources need to better serve the clients. There is very limited support from the director of the agency & it's a high stress environment with little support from directors or co-workers."
