"I will start with the positive. If you like autonomy and making your own schedule and having little to no support then this job is for you. The ability to make my own hours is the best part. Compensation is poor. Support is non existent unless you're doing something wrong. The documentation system is always having problems. Warning, if you do not watch them like a hawk they will underpay you or steal your money. Read your contract very carefully. If you want to leave you have to give a 90 day notice. In the past year most of the higher ups have left. A lot of reorganizing taking place which is generally never a good sign. This is a for profit business model."
"I enjoy working for CHE Behavioral Health performing psychological evaluations, both onsite and on remote platforms. The company provides many perks, including free continuing education courses, mentorship meetings, and a large degree of independence to arrange employee schedules. Compensation is good and the IT department provides a quick response to any problems with the Intellect data system."
