"I worked at Colt from my 18th birthday, starting before I graduated from high school, until I left to go to Litton. I enjoyed my stay at Colt but it was going through a series of changes that made the offer from Litton very attractive."
What don't you like about working at Colt Industries?
"I didn't care much for all of the government inspectors for the military and nuclear contracts. It wasn't that we had quality issues it was just the jumping through hoops that really didn't affect the quality of the product, it only affected the cost and the delivery requirements."

"Do to the nature of the beast and the long time since I have been away, I don't have any comments or suggestions to make."
