Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I haven't been there in a while, but no your stuff. And, you better love what you do b/c they sure did when I was there and if you're into having your bottom powdered or the like it's not the place for you. They are a good company if you want to know *how* to get things done well. If you leave, you'll hate how stupid most other shops are compared to them."
What don't you like about working at Control Systems International?
"A few of them were excessively cut-throat wrt to co-worker relationships. I didn't want to leave to be honest and still miss the place some. But, a really great guy (Buri) move up and out and I was left under some cut-throat mgmnt. Now, being cut-throat, I'll still give credit where credit's due: those guys were d*mn good at what they do."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Know that win-win actually works better in life than win-lose. (That probably sounds arrogant me saying that, but I think it's an honest answer for some of them there). And, they would get more done with inspiration than perspiration if they had let a few of us cut loose with what we could do."
