"I have worked at Cook Pharmica for over 5 years. I have learned a lot and was given many opportunities to build my skill sets. I will say however the pay is incredibly low and the management were some of the hardest people to deal with. But looking at the glass half-full, it was a rewarding experience, just a few drawbacks in regards to pay and extreme micro-management from management."
"Great facility, lousy culture."
What do you like about working at Cook Pharmica?
"The variety of work and technology that I exposed to. Knowing that my work can have a positive impact on patient's lives and health."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Have prior experience working in pharma or know someone who works there."
What don't you like about working at Cook Pharmica?
"Compensation and benefits are lower than other local pharma companies. Senior management does not have a good understanding of what is required to successfully complete a project. The culture is too clicky and elitist and encourages back stabbing and other unprofessional behavior in order to be recognized."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Recognize and reward all your employees for their hard work, not just those who are your friends outside of work. When projects don't go well or deadlines aren't met, seek to understand why and adjust resources/expectations rather than seeking to find someone to blame for your lack of understanding of your own business and poor planning."
"I really would not recommend this a place of employment. The moral is very very low."
