Cross Border Employee

"A small company that is very small minded. They offer low compensation but (somewhat) make up for it by allowing employees flexible work hours (work from home, etc.) Employees are tasked with performing more than one job function (usually not the one they were hired to do). Turnover rate is very high and, once someone leaves, rather than hire someone to replace them, they just assign the job to another person already in the company - doubling their work load. Lots of unhappy campers, there."
