"This position is always underpaid and it is a very stressful position and the skill is demanding, exposures to a lot of high contagious specimens. The timing for 15 minutes breaks are hard to take or 30 minutes lunches sometime can be hard to get around to, there are a lot of call in's, because the positions is difficulty to work, always have to be available to work weekends and holidays. It is just stressful, because it is really fast pace job and time managing."
