2.5 The company line When you are here you are family, as seen from the inside, is just another corporate PR campaign. I.E. 100+ positive guest comments = It's what your supposed to do. Then along comes the free food seeker......Where is my fast food (McDonalds) service My fork is dirty the server is TERRIBLE..etc.. Manager Come see me at the end of your shift =mandatory writeup etc.I understand you want to maximize the bottom line and The guest is always right but must you sacrifice your employees on that Altar There is no way over a long period of server employment to not accumulate guest complaints (be they server errors or guest fishing) no matter HOW good you are. I think they know this, its just another form of control, so when ever they feel like it you are history.Too many Absolute rules that do not reflect the server front line reality.P.S.Of Course remember these are polcy's generated at the top so even the local GM's are forced into the role.

3.4 This company goals is to be in Fortune 100 & it appears in the Best Places to Work rankings. What is missed is the difference within various departments: Ops, HR, Mktg, Finance, Accounting, IT, etc. It is not equal as each one can choose how to show appreciation to their teams, but it isn't mandatory nor is it required. Imagine knowing that your hard work doesn't get even half the praise/training budget as other dept's yet they boast about an avg./employee that is admirable. Mgmt change needed!

4.6 I worked at Seasons 52 from February 2017 to July 2018 and it was a great experience. During my time there, I learned about the restaurant industry of how to effectively communicate concisely, work in a fast-paced environment, food safety/handling, thoroughly clean a restaurant, and how to work large scale restaurant equipment not common within normal kitchens. I made plenty of friends that I still stay in contact with to this day.
