"If you actually want to work and feel like you are making a difference, this is not the place for you. Very difficult to feel proud of the work you do. Management is always looking down at you. The harder you work, the more that is expected without any consideration for any sacrifices you may make. When it comes time to make the sacrifice again, you are expected to make it because you have in the past. Middle management runs the place while upper management is disconnected from the actual workforce."
