"I've worked for DreamWorks Animation for two years. The atmosphere is great, the people are friendly and knowledgeable, and they really believe in getting good work done. They have some of the brightest in the industry and it shows.The only major issue with the company is that its success is inextricably tied to that of its films, and when a feature stumbles at the box office, layoffs and withheld bonuses inevitably ensue."
