3.5I worked as an ERAP intern during my university at USEPA. During my intern, I worked as Data analyst and Programmer. My job roles and responsibilities included to support the on-going project by developing models, building solutions, data analysis and interpretation, data testing, develop graphical representation of those scientific data etc. Similarly, I also worked as a Research Assistant with my academic advisor in the university. There I worked for a independent research project which was on noise analysis and group testing on real world networks. During my work with both companies, I came to know that a company should be as a platform where one can express his/her skills to the fullest. To attain that, I think one should feel more comfortable, reliable and confident to work amongst other individuals with different backgrounds, races, cultures, and different approaches. For that, a company requires a strong, organized proper management system that respects all employees equally, regardless of their position. The work site should be friendly and open, rather than like a cage. The company needs to motivate and elevate the standards every now and then to keep the employees motivated and up to the standards of the company. There should be a diverse cultural setting environment in a company.

4Pretty laid back. An easy company to work for, granted I was only a Lab Assistant. Schedules were flexible and a good opportunity for me to work on school projects.
