"I have been working with EllieMae for the past 4 years. The culture is exactly like a startup that brings in young talents and for others who are leadership level it drives them to be more hands on. The company is customer focused and it actually sticks to its core values and encourages the employees to strive better."
"Very good company to work for!"
"Big company at field of loans processing. Strong leaders, variety of technologies you can use at every day duty. Good work life balance. International."
"Job Well Done! Job Well Done!"
"The organization is a great place to work for. They attempt to provide their employees with work life balance and equal opportunities in their workforce. They really do care about their employees. I have held several roles/positions in Ellie Mae and each supervisor I have built great relationships with. The compensation is standard across the industry but can be improved. The people that work here are like family and its makes work life not feel pressured when you have a family of great people to work with."
"Ellie Mae is the largest loan organization software delivered as a SaaS offering. The company has recently been acquired by private equity and has become aggressive with its goals. Work life balance is good."
"A very good place to work at and the people are very warming"
"I have worked for Ellie Mae and Mortgage Returns for the last seven years. They are the leader in mortgage LOS systems in the United States processing over 50% of the mortgages in the country. They have over 1000 employees covering all fifty states."
"I worked for Ellie Mae for just a little over 6 years in various roles and did enjoy my time and experience there, it just wasn't the Ellie Mae "Of old" from when I first started. While Ellie Mae does have a significant Market share as a trusted LOS SaaS model, its technology is still stuck in the early 2000s with a thick client-based system. As they are making strides towards a Next-Generation true SaaS offering, it's been slow and kind of sloppy. Now that Thoma Bravo has taken them back to a private organization, they may make strides in this realm yet, but headcount reductions have left them strapped for resources."
"Ellie Mae has grown quite a bit over the past few years and leadership has kept the company on course, delivering great products but also a solid work environment. As with any company there will be a mix of good business people but poor people managers, but overall the benefits and opportunity for learning and contributing to overall success are positive. Benefits package is great."
"good company to work with for product mangement teams"
