What do you like about working at Endo Pharmaceuticals?
"I can't think of one thing. Oh, I had health benefits. I had a terrible and unprofessional manager who made my days there a living hell. She was not a good coach/manager and generally did not have anything positive to say about her reps. There have been many doctor offices where she was not allowed in and one specific time she managed to have both of us thrown out of the office. I did a formal complaint about her with the HR department, and of course, she was protected. There have been many complaints of her over the years and yet she is still working there. She has the fastest turnover rate of reps in the company. She usually picks one representative in her district to be on her chopping block and she does make that reps life miserable. She yells a lot at the representative in public places. Very unprofessional and she has also threatened reps in the past. She needs to retire and she also needs classes on how to be a better manager/coach as well as get a class in anger management."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure the candidate for the sales rep job does her/his research on the their potential manager. Ask questions pertaining to the turnover rated in their district. Ask what their management style is and give a few examples. Ask if the manager gets stressed out frequently. Ask what kind of coaching style the manager uses. Ask if the manager uses positive feedback and give some examples. Ask if you can talk to the reps in the managers district before accepting the job. ect........"
