"This was my first opportunity in over 25 years as a designer to work specifically in the exhibits and display industry. It was challenging and fast paced. FGPG was a great place to be, testing every skill I’ve ever learned. The pace is fast and furious with tight deadlines and a push in bringing out my best “stuff”. FGPG had some of the best people I’ve ever known. I have become friends with many co-workers that will last far beyond the workplace. The mix of young and seasoned workers makes it truly feel like family with people that inspire me as well as those I can share my experience with. I highly recommend FGPG if you have the opportunity to work there. Unfortunately the current pandemic has greatly impacted the industry and the perception of large gatherings for business such as trade shows and similar events."
"The workload is overwhelming. Even when I started out in this company and I was a new hire, they threw all pending projects at me and left me to it. I had to work my way, find the right people who can help me with them and it was not easy. The struggle was real. It is still what it was up to this day."
"All I can say is that it's a lonely company to work for. Lonely because you don't get to interact with your coworkers or managers. You will always be on your own. There's no room for growth because of constant micromanaging. You don't get to utilize your skills because you'll just do everything as the management says."
