"It is a commission bases pay structure only which is I do not like for any company in any where in the World."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to provide very good training. for each product is having higher margin for company and employee."

"The job is challenging and I enjoy the work as a whole but the problem comes in when you've been an MT longer then you've been a Tech and when the management staff offers you a promotion the raise is so small that its laughable."

"Atmosphier was off beat employes didn't really care for the customers"

"many suggestions but they wouldn't take into effect because no one wanted to know look into different views"

"I do not have any tips. Just show up on time, in dress code."

What don't you like about working at Fry's?

"The direction the company is going, is actually punishing the supervisors and managers. We have had our pay cut 4 times in the last year, they make changes to the way we get paid, and when it doesnt work out, they dont change it, they just tell us to accept it. I have taken two 40% pay cuts in the past year."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to treat managers and supervisors better. Your companies success starts from the top. If you have disgruntled managers and supervisors, that negativity is going to filter down to the other employees"

"Its a good start from retail. Retail gave me a strength to handle stress and work under pressure. Also made me a professional for clients."

"Dressed Professionally upon interview. Be ready for the Customer. Some Technical Experience will help."

"There is nothing that I don't like. The reason I want to move is Just to get better Opportunity."

"Its a big company and has good policies. As long as policies are getting followed there is no suggestion."

"yes. Ask and you shall receive. You have to ask for a promotion or an increase in salary or anything else otherwise they will not offer.That was when I worked for them. I am not sure how much things have changed."

"was six days a week job that took a toll on you after 3 years"

"Treat your customers and people like you want to be treated in addition to pay your suppliers within 45-60 days not 120 days plus.We lost ton of good suppliers because of their late payments."

"The work is fair, the expectations from corporate are way out of line with reality though."

"No opportunity for promotion, manager are feeling pressure from corporate, so their attitude is poor."

"Don't lie to an employee when you hire them on by saying there are tons of positions open."
