1.2 Hire a real Director, who has more professional experience under his belt than just managing a restaurant (my guess is he must've last managed a KFC) Train and certify your techs for the technologies your customers are actually using instead of having your techs just wing it. Train your Managers, or hire real ones with actual management experience. Create a new hire training and orientation program. And stop advertising to your customers let's sit down and have drink. I wouldn't say this is the worst place in the world to work, because there's the worst place, and then there's Golden Tech.

1.6 I have to say the poor employees here is what makes golden. They are an amazing group of people who deserve better. If you want a career where you feel appreciated do not apply! You will feel the worst stress of your life sitting in that seat. The management is a step above high school students. If you do not bow down to their every idea and suggestion be ready for ridicule and isolation. Be prepared to be subjected to the worst treatment from the VP sales dept. There lies the true monster.

1 I've worked for Golden Technologies, terrible place to work for, carrying all these boxes with a hand cart is just ridiculous, your talking about boxes that weigh 175 pounds each, they obviously do not know how to set up a warehouse, it's called a forklift or a clamp truck, if you want to work yourself to the bone everyday for $10 an hour, have fun.
