"I have worked for Guidespark for a few months. There is a lot of promise there, since they are developing the internal communications software space. At the movement there are no direct competitors, but there are similar services. The biggest struggle I have experienced is their shift from transactional sales, to enterprise software sales. There are many mixed messages within the company that makes it difficult to do my job to its full ability. Also, overcoming the negative reputation, brought on by questionable sales tactics from the previous sales directors strategy."
