"Not a bad position, however Assistant Managers are not compensated very well. There are not bonuses awarded at the Assistant Manager level like most other companies I have worked for. The store I am at is not very busy so the job is not that hard, but some stores aren't so fortunate. My advice, avoid retail management if you can, there are really very little perks to it aside from management experience."
