Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be sure to ask pertinent questions and make your position known."
What don't you like about working at Haven Hospice?
"DON not allowed to lead and make decisions. Too many people with too little real management in Hospice or nursing in lead positions. RN's need to supervise the nursing process, not SW's et al."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop micromanaging and hire experienced people and then let them do their job. Don't expect people to work 10-to 14 hours a day unless it is their wish. Utilize on-call people whose only job is on-call. They are out there."
