"I worked on the HighJump Voice team for 2.5 years. My biggest gripe is with the technologies used as a lot of your time could be filled with technologist that are not marketable at all. The Bellingham office had a great culture though and I liked everyone i worked with."
"I worked for HighJump for over 2 years. The company was not fair to its employees. In that time, I saw a dozen people fired for nothing more than asking questions, which a particular VP saw as not being in line. It literally became comical. The sad part is some very smart loyal employees were shown the door. The executive management team never inquired in why turnover in the Professional Services organization was high. It wasn't good for the customers, as most consultants had very little work experience, let alone HighJump software experience."
"Managment does not own the company, 3rd party does, they dont trust employees"
