"Nothing. I cant think of anything I dont like there."

"If I would have been hired as a permament employee I will in a position for suggestions."

"It is a very friendly family oriented environment. I love the people which mostly are old timer as well."

"In a small size company like IEE, you would need to carry your weight and produce."
What don't you like about working at IEEE?
"Growth is limited for me. I would like to see a technical ladder for growth purposes which currently does not exist. The only way to grow is to climb up on the management ladder."

"Get employee encouraged for potential growth and make them accountable for success or failure."

What do you like about working at IEEE?
"I was able to write quite a bit of code. As a programmer I enjoyed that a lot. I also enjoyed the research articles, access to Computer Society publications, and interaction with some of the pioneers within the field."

"Be specific in understanding the requirements for your potential position."

"Management did not quite know how to handle incoming requests from members. Sometimes management would not react the best way to handle fires as they arose."

"May need an analysis and overhaul on a method to handle requests from members."
