"Intermedia has some talented people. I was in a role where I was completely technical and although I was giving leads to others, I was unable to take advantage of some of my other skills so it was a little repressive and it was really unhealthy. Many colleagues suffered with diabetes or mental disorders. I did not feel like the work environment supported a healthy lifestyle."
