1.8For the experienced designer it is probably not the best place to be. No direction, poor management in L. A., and no one is accountable. The Encino Manager laid me off due to the inability to afford upfront travel expenses and late reimbursements. My inability to afford this was of no concern to the manager, so he just got rid of me, and right at the beginning of the holidays. The company is ruthless, and the managers foster a toxic environment. Clients are not happy with the managers and winning work is of no concern, managers just laugh it off. Read every review on every possible employment site, and know that it's a really bad place ran by a really inept CEO and others. Look at all 3 companies, they think changing names helps, it doesn't. There is no assistance ever, they just don't care.
Cons:
The real work and environment is nothing like the job descriptions found in their opportunities. It’s a bait and switch type hiring procedure.
Advice to Management:
Maybe hire some people for change, real leaders are needed, leaders that provide direction and even toss out some goals for people. Managers act like their above everyone and are truly just cheer leaders for the CEO, sad.. HR manager is 100% for the company, lacks finesse, and laughed when calling to lay me off. It’s a joke. Should you like going nowhere, the same pay for years and loves arrogant bullies, then this is the perfect place for you.
