"I have worked at Jolt Software for nearly four years and in that time I have really seen the company grow and stretch itself. The product that I worked on as a Developer truly benefitted the users and improved their day to day lives and that was awesome. As a company Jolt is doing a lot of things right, they use the latest tech and try to not get behind the curve, they have good compensation for the most part and allow unlimited overtime for developers. They have made some odd choices such as making employees rent a sit/stand desk if you want one instead of a sitting desk and they force you to be off the clock to use the onsite gym. It’s a company that is working to improve in many ways and there are growing pains for sure."
