1.9 Lancaster plant is on 4th plant manager in 4 yrs. and supervisors are a dime a dozen. Neither care about their policies or processes. It's all about quantity, not quality. Total favoritism. The few good workers who work hard and still care, would like to help with improvements but are treated like they are idiots. If you just want to collect a check, this is the place for you. If you want to get anywhere in this company, leave your brain and backbone at the door.

1.7 Wouldn't recommend. Owner only cares about himself. You could be let go at anytime. Management is self centered, have their favorites. They are the ones who get ahead or keep their job.
