"From an IT perspective, Legg focuses on providing next to zero downtime for their systems. The IT infrastructure is the backbone of their business, and they focus on keeping IT one of the strongest offices within the organization. If interviewed, they will like to hear how you keep a strong attention to detail, and know that the number 1 priority is system availability and security."

"The salary was a constant complaint from the staff at the time. From what I've heard, it has improved over the last few years."

"To remember to keep an employee-centric culture. At times where jobs were scarce, they were not afraid to go very cheap on salaries/bonuses and such, even when the company had healthy profits."
