"Lumere was a small to mid-market company with a quiet, laid-back, and introverted culture. The leadership claims that they welcome "respectful debate" and back the claim up with gusto. They have proven to be open to questions and ideas and will get involved in the day-to-day running of the company. Since the company was acquired at the beginning of 2020, it can no longer be considered a small to mid-market company and no longer fits my career goals. However, I would recommend working at Lumere to anyone who might be interested in a larger company with a great culture."
"Lumere has a great culture and atmosphere that fosters learning and conversation. They are working to truly change the healthcare industry. It is a company where you can see the impact of your contribution throughout various department. Another great thing about Lumere is how all the departments work together to accomplish a goal."
