4.2 I've started to work with Maersk Broker in 2012. The company structure and co-workers were wonderful. I've learn a lot during my time there. I got to interact with customers everyday which helped me in improving my communication skills. Very friendly and stress-free environment.

3.8 The facility I work in is an intense and fast pace environment. We must creatively manage our labor to meet our day to day safety and operational objectives. This will help the facility to achieve KPI's and CPC. This facility is a 5 to 6 day 3 shift operation. The challenges we face are to ensure our communication is streamlined to everyone from higher management to our labor workers.
