"If you are favored by management or are a former Bristow employee, then the nepotism here will help you out. Treatment of line employees is poor. The dollar in the family pocket or department heads is the bottom line here. Employee wages and benefits are cut at whim to pocket more money. Written and oral agreements are broken without any hesitation if they benefit the company; total disregard for the employees. Maintenance is questionable and poor compared to the industry norm. Turnover except for those who have committed to moving here is extremely high for a reason, and then those employees who are now invested in living here also have their pay and benefits cut. Assistant and chief pilots need to share information instead of trying to hide issues to pretend they are keeping things running smoothly. Former chief pilot was fantastic. Change over in 2015 has led to disaster and extreme lack of professionalism. The rest are not much better. Consider employees to be an essential part of the team, not just as minions making money for the company. Listen when they speak, and consider what they are saying."
