"The best and in some ways worst part about my current employer is that they let me work remotely. I live in Arden NC and my Users are located in Quincy MA. I manage a small team of programmers in Pittsburgh PA. Though the commute across the hall is great I sometimes miss the face to face interaction from being in the office."
