"I was only at MedSynergies for a little over a year. The company as a whole is not too bad, though the organization of some of the departments is still in need of being worked out. The goals of what the company needs as far as IT is concerned are not as clear as they should be, nor do they fully understand what it is they are acquiring when it comes to Legacy products."
"I've worked for MedSynergies for 3 years. There is a lot of potential for this company to grow if they take care of their employees. The amount of office politics is higher than usual, growth for employees is minimal, zero visibility to the work you do and the mind set is to drop the large work loads on the employees doing the actual work while management takes all the credit. From a career path standpoint, forget about getting a promotion here after you have taken a job."
