I've been able to increase my pay from starting out with FlightSafety years ago as an Apprentice Technician (even though I held a degree in Avionics) by 236%. Sounds like a false statement however by coming here it doubled my original salary. On top of the raises earned the past 3 years it pushes it up another 36%.
