"Make sure you keep up on your own classwork. Also, try to avoid drinking or partying with the group as many people have embarassed themselves out of jobs."

"The pay is very low and if you aren't a creative writing or literature major you are sort of alienated. Somewhat unprofessional working environment and technology only works half the time."

"Pay at least 2-3 thousand dollars per year and have more clear requirements listed for the graduate students. Have workshops and meetings about how graduate students treat others in the department."
