"I've worked for Moore Home Services for 6 years. The company was awesome from the start and growing like crazy. Then after the founders sold the company and then it was bought by a very corporate company that is accountable to investors from Texas. The management changed, the whole company culture changed for the worst. They completely ran off all of the long time guys and brought in groups of absolutely green and clueless kids as to how furnaces work. Instead they got 2 week trainings about selling air scrubbers. Unacceptable."
