"Be prepared for long hours on your feet with little time to rest. 12+ hour days are the norm."
What don't you like about working at NASCAR?
"crazy hours, long days with little to no breaks, crazy travel schedule. bosses that wouldn't make decisions and instead always deferred to their manager. as an hourly employee there was no stipend or reimbursement for food, so all the money you'd make you'd end up spending on food since you were always eating out at restaurants and at the airport."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let the tech directors and series director run their series. They shouldn't be afraid to make a decision. Yelling does not equate to managing."
