2.6 I worked for this company for a total of 15 months. In over 10 years of being in the insurance industry and working for large carriers, I would say that the experience with this company was the worst in my entire claims career.Upper management are the worse, I've never in my life have experienced the lack of integrity and business morality of the management of this company. Forced overtime, unrealistic goals and expectations and constant threats.

4.8 I started working in National General Insurance Company since 2018. I had very good experience in the company. I have good relationship with my Supervisor and team mates. I have involved in Compliance Track, QBOSS and LinkLoan process applications. I involved in backend and frontend of the compliance track application and have been supporting QBOSS as well. Handling production support tickets for Compliance Track and QBOSS.

1 Very toxic environment. its just non stop abuse from management. There is a lot of racism and discrimination going on. Minorities are cross trained while white workers get promoted after 2 months of starting. Low pay, workload that is impossible to complete and ridiculous metrics.
