"I did not like the fact that about fourty percent of my week was dedicated to meetings that could have been resolved in about ten minutes."

"Lack of motivation, reward, ackowledgement regarding work accomplished in short deadlines."

"It was a fine place to work in the early NewPage late MeadWestvaco years. Progressively got worse with each merge."

"Lack of sustained direction from management for business. Private Equity Ownership and resultant high corporate debt."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I have no suggestion that would help that at this point. Lost close to 1B in 2010 and went through 3 CEO in the first 5 months of the year. You would have to hire me as a retained consultant to get me to even begin to think about their problems."
