"I have worked in 2012 in this company. Overall the company is not doing great financially but the new management is trying to quickly firefight things. It can take years until they come back. Overall a good place to work."
"A sweatshop environment where, unless you are exhibiting a high level of stress and working 12 hour days plus weekends, you are not considered doing a good job. Women are not considered for promotion, and before the company purchased another large mortgage servicing company there were only 1 or 2 women in VP position (with over 10,000 employees), and none at the higher executive level. Benefits are minimal. Salary was really good, but that's the only way they can attract and keep employees that are worth anything."
"I can't believe this company has such a good rating on Careerbliss! Stay away from Ocwen if you can."
"Pros: Great coworkers Cons: Antiqued systems, no work-life balance!"
"Ocwen is the IT outsourcing giant in the mortgage business. They say and promise one thing, and then do the opposite with no notice whatsoever. Steer clear of this company, they do not care about their employees no matter how much money you make or save them. You are a number here, plain and simple. And your number is cheaper in India, bank on it."
"I've worked for GMAC which was recently purchased by OCWEN for the past 12 years. While at GMAC I have made great relationships with my supervisors and co-workers."
