Upper management needs to re-evaluate what it means to be successful. Your employees are an important part to the company and need to be treated that way. Mid management needs to be re-worked. There are people who are managers that are not qualified, some not at all, to be managers. I see effort (sometimes) by upper management to improve the workplace but, it is never carried out by mid management and then in return never enforced by upper management. I really hope that management can take these suggestions and other suggestions they have received form employees and make Omnifics a better place to work.
