"Be yourself! Your going to spend so much time here, you need to know if you fit in. Remember at Perrigo, there is a technical interview so be ready to answer questions. Also try not to be put off by how many times you have to have an interview. Spending a half of day at Perrigo and interviewing with 5 - 10 different people is normal. Perrigo is a great place to work. Go for it!"

"The push back when anything new was brought in. I found this to be true in all areas even IT. New ways of doing different things are not something that is quickly embrassed."

"Repect different styles of working. Understand the need to keep the technology current. That includes the programming styles."
