"Pros: The starting pay is semi-competitive to the standard in the industry and most of the people are pleasant to work with. Originally, the benefits were good, but they have declined over the years. Cons: The workflow has quite a few bottlenecks that create a substantial amount of tension around the office. There are employees that have become jaded and "tenured," who get away with being lazy (and still somehow complain). This results in miscommunication if there is any at all and typically the harder working individuals have to make up for the slacking. These people may be few but they can have a major impact on your day-to-day. There are people in significant roles that are unprofessional (including HR) and intolerable. There is a cap on pay with the exception of sales. I don't think I need to explain how that negatively impacts morale around the office. No headphones allowed. **If you are new to the industry: the starting salary is higher than normal and the workplace is generally welcoming. It makes for a decent first job. If you are willing to put up with old processes, then you'll fit right in. But if you are looking for an innovative, progressive business that challenges you in all the right ways and most importantly rewards you for hard work, I would look elsewhere."
