"I worked for Philia for a short time and was laid off due to the company no longer being able to “afford “ to keep my position anymore . However , the same day being laid off the owner hired a new person . The office Environment is a very sad place to work . The is No control in getting your work done because the owner has the highest level of micromanaging that you’ll probably ever see. She will hire you and sell the company like it’s a great place to work but it is a lie !!!!! She will nit pick at everything little thing especially if it’s a mistake and constantly tell you what to do . There’s no autonomy is this work place . AT ALL!. I enjoyed what I did, my co-workers and who I did it for but the owner is the sole reason that will make you regret you ever took any position with this company ."
