"Culture or perceived culture is more important vs. long-term growth. There are too many egos at this company that need stroked on a regular basis. If people were hired on ability and not based on buddy system company may have a long-term chance."
"I've been with the company for 6 years. They are a very profitable company but if you are not upper management you will not share in the benefits of those profits. The company preaches safety but injuries are common and often overlooked. We are under paid and management does not support us."
"After we were purchased in March of 2013, PolyOne said they had great plans for our plant. In July of that same year they came in and said our plant and 5 others were going to be shut down. No integrity, honor, or leadership."

"Communication not always good.The limited opportunities for career growth, and the time it takes to obtain a promotion. The lack of trust from some Managers. The benefits that changed after the Company's buy-out."

"Communication is a key! Limit the amount of IT softwares/systems, in order to simplify the daily tasks, improve the productivity & reduce mistakes. Trust your employees, and learn their jobs in order to manage them better."
"This is a large public corporation. They are subject to the stock market swings. It does make it risky to work there."
