2 Absolutely the worst management I have ever experienced in my 12 years of being in the workforce. The environment is very toxic and you will spend more time chasing down approvals than actually getting things done. We are constantly overworked, undervalued, underappreciated, and underpaid. I could go on and on about this company. The worst decision I've ever made!

1 Management is a joke and I do not know how most upper employees got there. Day to-day is extremely stressful. You work long hours, many times on the weekends if leasing goals haven't been met. Highly advise to not move up in this company at a property level.
